Virginia has vanity plates on about 1 out of every 10 cars. One of the cars on my street- I think it belongs the veterinarian.

I Scream – Ice Cream? My sister though it referred to me going postal. “Im Postal” also would have made a good vanity plate having once been a U.S. Mail delivery van.
